Raven Ridge is hiring a Recruiting and Staffing Manager (hybrid). As part of our recruitment and staffing team, you will provide client development (sales), candidate sourcing (sales) and general talent acquisition in a high volume, fast-paced environment. The person in this role will also create and post job ads, schedule interviews and manage communication with candidates and Raven Ridge client companies to ensure a smooth and effective recruitment and hiring process.
Responsibilities- Provide talent acquisition through candidate sourcing, resume review and candidate phone screens and in-person interviews
- Develop client relationships through phone-based marketing and in-person networking
- Provide high level of customer service while coordinating all candidate travel, schedules and communications, including the preparation and shipment of offer packets and background check materials.
- Implement process and procedures that create efficient sharing of information internally and externally. Maintain processes, including the headcount reporting, the applicant tracking system, external job board postings, relocation initiation, employee referral program and on-boarding process.
- Manage the temporary staffing process and provide management to field staff
- Partner with organizations to recruit permanent staff, guide them through the hiring process, negotiate offers of employment and handle on-boarding
- Coordinate the processing of invoices, purchase orders and payments; maintain and update all staffing resource documents
- 2+ years of Sales AND Recruiting experience
- Strong time management and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects consecutively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing deliverables to meet key deadlines
- Must have a high degree of confidentiality and attention to detail
- Forms positive work relationships and has a track record of achieving above average results
- $50,000 salary + generous comp plan = $80,000 OTE year 1, $120,000k OTE year 2, $160,000 OTE year 3, $200,000 OTE year 4
