Job Description

Now Hiring:
Solutions Architect – AI & Automation

Coca-Cola Beverages Northeast

We’re building something new—and we’re looking for a builder to help shape it.
Coca-Cola Beverages Northeast is creating its first generation of digital and AI capability, and this role sits at the center of that journey. As a Solutions Architect – AI & Automation, you’ll design and deliver practical AI solutions that reduce manual work, streamline operations, and make life easier for our frontline and corporate teams.
This is not a research role.
This is not about standalone models or theory.
This is about turning ideas into tools people actually use.

Why This Role Matters

You’ll operate at the intersection of architecture, delivery, and adoption—building low‑code, AI‑enabled workflows that move from concept to production and drive measurable impact across the business.
If you thrive in early‑stage environments, enjoy translating business problems into elegant solutions, and take pride in seeing your work adopted at scale, this role was built for you.

What You’ll Do

  • Design and build AI‑powered workflows using Microsoft Copilot, Service Now, Power Platform, and automation tools
  • Turn concepts into scalable, user‑friendly solutions adopted across the enterprise
  • Partner closely with Operations, Sales, Supply Chain, People & Culture, and IT
  • Spend time in the field with drivers, merchandisers, warehouse, and sales teams to ground solutions in real work
  • Create prototypes, pilots, and production‑ready tools with security and governance built in
  • Help shape and execute our first 12‑month AI roadmap
  • Establish reusable patterns, frameworks, and best practices for long‑term scaling

How Success Is Measured

  • AI solutions that teams actually use
  • Clear reductions in manual effort, cycle time, or operational friction
  • Reusable frameworks that accelerate future AI initiatives
Job Requirements

Who Thrives Here

  • 3–7 years designing and delivering AI, automation, or low‑code solutions
  • Strong hands‑on experience with Service Now, Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot
  • Comfortable translating business needs into intuitive tools
  • Curious, consultative, and biased toward action
  • Confident operating when requirements are evolving and clarity must be created
  • Equally effective with frontline employees and senior leaders

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Analytics, or equivalent experience
  • Microsoft, Power Platform, or AI certifications a plus but not required
  • Technical Skills
  • Strong Service Now and Power Platform development capabilities
  • Ability to build scalable, maintainable, and intuitive business tools

Professional Skills

  • Excellent communicator who simplifies complex concepts for frontline teams and executives
  • Strong problem solver who identifies operational pain points and builds practical solutions
  • Comfortable operating in an early‑stage, fast‑paced, and evolving digital environment
  • Consultative, curious, empathetic, and focused on delivering business value
  • Highly organized with strong project management and independent execution skills
  • Quickly understands business operations, priorities, and value creation with minimal onboarding
  • Operates effectively amid ambiguity, bringing clarity and structure to evolving requirements
  • Takes ownership and advances work without constant guidance

Builds trust across IT, business units, and frontline operations
  • Anticipates organizational friction and resolves issues proactively
  • Influences outcomes with empathy, credibility, and cultural awareness
