POSITION PROFILE:

The Business Analyst will partner with stakeholders from all business units to support daily business operations. The role will be responsible for defining and documenting business processes and software requirements for system solutions. The Business Analyst works on cross-functional projects and forms the link between departments and the Company’s Enterprise Solutions team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provides support and feedback within the ERP Solutions team
  • Collect, analyze, develop, document and communicate business and systems requirements, as well as support user testing to achieve business goals
  • Develops, manages and collaborates on standard practices and processes
  • Identifies technology opportunities that impact corporate business strategies and performance
  • Leverages technology to help reduce manual tasks and continually improve on the company’s requirements process
  • Perform business and systems analysis and document requirements
  • Analyze and document Business and System process flow diagrams
  • Work with development resources to ensure successful project delivery with applicable Time, Quality and Cost constraints
  • Manage functional and user acceptance testing
  • Assist in the development and delivery of end user training
  • Support release of business applications and triage/resolve user issues
  • Performs other duties as assigned
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1 to 4 years Business Systems experience; SAP preferred.
  • Ability to use readily available AI tools to solve problems/generate code
  • Exceptional computer skills, as well as technical knowledge of MS Office products and Windows
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task, organize, take initiative, follow up independently and as a team with minimal supervision
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organization, verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to run meetings effectively and efficiently
  • Uses knowledge and resources to make informed decisions
  • Willingness to actively participate in training end users of software solutions
  • Must have U.S. Protected Individual status
IDEALLY, YOU’LL ALSO HAVE:
  • Proficient with one or many programming languages:
    Python, C#
  • Knowledge of SAP, Robotic Process Automation tools (UIPath)
  • Experience with big data tools ex:
    Snowflake, Hadoop

TRAVEL: up to 5%
