Optical coating operator (m/f/d)

Location:

Olching site near Munich.

• Operation, setup, and process monitoring of high‑vacuum coating systems
  (PVD, PIAD, IBS)
• Monitoring of system processes, optimization of process flows
• Documentation of ongoing production
• Maintenance and cleaning work on production systems
• Assistance with sandblasting work
• Working in a cleanroom‑like environment
• Joint responsibility for back‑end processes such as wafer splitting and handling of split material

• Completed basic technical or electrical training or equivalent long‑term experience
• Technical understanding, quick comprehension
• Experience in handling optical components is an advantage
• Structured, clean, and precise working style
• Independent, responsible, and team‑oriented personality
