Description:
This position involves working in home health.
The clinician will be responsible for driving to patients' homes daily.
Periodic office meetings will also be required.
The average daily caseload is 7 patients, totaling approximately 32 units.
Weekly productivity expectation is 30 points.
Visits include various types of patient care such as start of care, wound care, and follow-up visits.
Clinicians must complete documentation within 24 hours of patient appointments.
Delayed documentation may impact patient care and billing.
There are no guaranteed hours with this contract.
Clinicians must accept every patient on their schedule.
Failure to do so may result in cancellation of the contract.
Travel between patient homes is reimbursed.
Clinicians must have reliable transportation, a current driver's license, and required liability insurance.
Pending licenses are not accepted; an active license must be in hand.
Local travelers are accepted at the same rate.
