Role DescriptionThe Commercial Real Estate Advisor role at SVN The Masiello Group involves providing expert advice and services in real estate sales, leasing, and investment. Key responsibilities include market research, property evaluation, conducting feasibility studies, and coordinating real estate transactions. Advisors will work closely with clients to identify their needs and deliver tailored solutions. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bedford, NH.
Qualifications- Customer Service and Sales skills
- Experience in Commercial Real Estate and Real Property
- Real Estate expertise
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is a plus
- Relevant certifications and licensure in real estate
