ROLE DESCRIPTION

Bramel State Farm is searching for an outgoing and customer-focused individual who can recognize opportunities and strategically turn leads into long-lasting customer relationships. RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
  • Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
  • Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
  • Work alongside your agency’s team to ensure successful long‑lasting customer relations.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Must have a current and active New Hampshire Property & Casualty Insurance Producer License
  • Sales experience (1+ years)
  • Administration/management experience
  • Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas
  • Ability to effectively relate to a customer
  • Self‑motivated
  • Detail oriented
  • Property & Casualty license (Must currently hold)
  • Life & Health license (Must currently hold)
