With expansion and growth on the horizon for 2023 and beyond, we offer heart‑rate‑based science‑backed workouts in supportive, motivating studios.

We’re looking for coaches who inspire and create exceptional moments on a daily basis. As an OTF Fitness Coach you will deliver scientifically pre‑designed workouts to up to 45 clients per session. You will coach in class settings, manage time and dynamics, and focus on a well‑rounded theory of fitness—endurance, strength, and power—using the tools provided to optimize client experience and results.

• Lead, inspire, and motivate members through demonstration of exercises and proper techniques.
• Explain exercises clearly, ensuring participants understand correct form and safety.
• Provide options to accommodate various fitness levels or limitations.
• Maintain a positive, inclusive atmosphere and manage class flow for smooth transitions.
• Understand the science behind Orange theory workouts—particularly heart‑rate interval training.
• Prioritize participant safety by monitoring movements, correcting form, and addressing concerns; maintain a clean, hazard‑free environment and be ready to administer basic first aid.
• Engage members consistently and reach out to sustain community involvement.

• Current fitness certification from an OTF‑approved company (e.g., ACSM, ACE, NASM, NCSA, AFAA, NFPT).
• Intermediate knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized.
• Positive, motivating interpersonal communication skills.
• Capacity to train all fitness levels.
• Preferably a bachelor’s degree in an exercise‑related field.
• CPR/AED certification.
• 1+ years teaching groups or personal training in the fitness industry.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Must be able to safely lift and move up to 40 lbs.

Career Growth:
Coaches can advance into Multi‑Unit Fitness Manager roles and work across multiple studio locations. As we expand into health and wellness brands, opportunities exist for cross‑functional work.

• Base hourly rate.
• Commissions:
  Total class compensation $25‑$75 based on class size.
