Non-Exempt

• Ambassador of the Goldfish Swim School Brand
• Interacts with customers, including adults and children
• Provides swim instruction based on the Goldfish Swim School curriculum or answers any questions current and potential customers have regarding our program
• Maintains lifeguard credentials throughout employment
• Reports accidents and incidents to management. Completes required documentation and paperwork.
• Fulfills other duties or responsibilities as assigned by the Employer.

High school diploma or GED is preferred, or currently in High School. Experience as a certified lifeguard, youth sports instructor/coach, camp counselor swim instructor and/or childcare provider preferred. Certificates and Licenses:
Lifeguard, CPR/AED and First Aid certification required. Paid training for those not certified is provided. Work Environment:
While performing this job, the employee is regularly exposed to heat and humidity. Noise level is usually moderate.
