Base pay: $45,000.00/yr – $75,000.00/yr. Additional compensation may be based on experience and skills.

• Promptly and professionally answer service calls, and set and confirm appointments.
• Accurately and thoroughly write repair orders.
• Act as a reliable, responsive liaison between technicians and customers.
• Patiently and thoroughly assist customers through the service process.
• Collaborate with team members for loaner availability, proper warranty processing, and disclosure.

• Preferably, at least 2 years of service experience (not required).
