Planned Parenthood of Greater Ohio is seeking mission-minded Associates to join us as a full-time (37.5 hours per week) Site Supervisor to serve our patients at our Bedford Heights Surgical Health Center.
Summary
The purpose of this position is to assist in the management and daily operations of the health center; provides leadership to assist with supervising health center staff; assist in implementation of operational procedures; and delivery of high quality patient care and excellent customer service.

- Planned Parenthood respects and honors all people. Qualified associates who are fluent in a needed language (Spanish, Nepali, or Somali, depending on geographic service area) will earn a $1.00 per hour differential for two years following successful examination.
- Understands, commits to, and practices a customer-oriented approach services while identifying opportunities to improve cycle times and the patient experience through data collection and analysis.
- Understands abortion care and supporting structures and processes.
- Supports Practice Manager in efficient operations of health center, including clinic flow, patients scheduling, and achievement of goals.
- Supports ordering process for monthly inventory by working with practice manager to complete inventory.
- Assist with the completion of compliance reporting and audits to include confidential abortion reporting.
- Promote an organizational culture that embraces respect, quality care, effective communication, teamwork, accountability, innovation, and responsibility.
- Works with staff to provide a positive environment in which team members feel valued.
- Works with Practice Manager to ensure unlicensed staff are adequately trained, by acting as a new hire preceptor.
- Works with Practice Manager to evaluate and supervise health center staff, including daily operational leadership, training, development, goal setting and annual performance evaluation.
- Provides direct patient care as scheduled, in compliance with all affiliate protocols and procedures, to include education and counseling patients, maintaining medical records and logs, scheduling patients and responding in a professional manner to the need of patients.
- Practice and mentor a patient centered approach to the delivery of services; identify opportunities to improve cycle times and the patient experience through data collection and analysis.
