We'relooking for Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) to join our in-house rehabilitation team!

As a PTA, you'll work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to provide skilled, hands‑on therapy services that help residents improve their strength, mobility, balance, endurance, independence, and overall quality of life.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing skilled therapy interventions under the direction of a Physical Therapist
• Implementing individualized treatment plans
• Addressing strength, mobility, balance, endurance, and functional needs
  
  Monitoring resident progress and response to treatment
• Educating residents, families, and caregivers on exercises and mobility strategies
• Communicating resident progress and concerns to the supervising PT
• Completing timely and accurate documentation
• Collaborating with nursing and the interdisciplinary care team
• Providing compassionate, resident-centered care

• Active Ohio Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license
• License in good standing with applicable licensing boards and regulatory agencies
• LTC/SNF, geriatric, or post-acute experience preferred, but not required
• Net Health experience is a plus
• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative therapy team
• Passion for helping residents maintain mobility, function, and independence
