Machine Operator – Shift: C‑Shift. Pay Rate: $21.00 (plus $2.00 shift premium). This role involves routine and repetitive duties to meet quality and production requirements.

• Operate machine, basic troubleshooting, making adjustments and appropriate escalation as required to maintain quality and production requirements.
• Work from work orders, samples, specification book, written and verbal instructions; use small hand tools (rubber hammer, wrenches, screwdriver, pliers) and measuring/weight scale.
• Obtain work instructions and properly select and load in‑process work; make adjustments in accordance with established procedures for machine operation.
• Check, set controls, and reset as required for proper speed, feed, tension, or other related machine operation.
• Remove completed work, properly package, identify, weigh, and store.
• Consistently monitor quality of product and maintain quality standards.
• Pull product samples during production to ensure quality per sampling standards.
• Maintain production log, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Operator Live Log, etc. to track details of daily production.
• Record time or production information on proper form; detect and report defective material, unusual conditions, or faulty equipment to proper supervision.
• Observe all prescribed or standard safety rules and regulations; follow AIB guidelines, wear required PPE, submit required BBSOs and documentation.
• Maintain housekeeping of work area, storage area, machine and related equipment to provide a safe, clean environment.
• Perform other similar or related duties as assigned or directed.

• Strong mechanical, math, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated good performance in current role.
• Ability to effectively use/read tape measure.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
