• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience operating pleating or similar textile machinery.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to perform machine adjustments.
• Ability to read and interpret production orders, technical drawings, and quality standards.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.

• Experience with industrial pleating machines in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with preventive maintenance procedures for textile machinery.
• Basic computer skills for logging production data and communicating with team members.
• Knowledge of workplace safety regulations and best practices.
• Ability to work flexible shifts and overtime as needed.

• Set up and calibrate pleating machines according to production specifications and material requirements.
• Monitor machine operation continuously to ensure consistent pleat quality and adherence to safety standards.
• Inspect finished products for defects, dimensions, and quality, making adjustments as necessary to maintain standards.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of pleating equipment to ensure optimal functionality and longevity.
• Collaborate with production supervisors and quality control teams to report issues and implement process improvements.
• Maintain accurate production records, including machine settings, output quantities, and any incidents or adjustments.
• Follow all workplace safety protocols and contribute to a clean and organized work environment.
