Base pay range: $25.00/hr - $37.00/hr
OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) who is compassionate and looks to provide health care services to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This role involves monitoring, documenting, and caring for persons served as outlined in their care plan and IHP.
Job Details- Full-time, 40 hours per week, 1:00 – 9:00 pm with occasional weekends

- Monitor, document and provide health care services to persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities as per care plans.
- Maintain a nurse/patient ratio of 1:16.
- Administer medication and other active treatments as outlined in care plans.
- Licensed Practical Nurse licensure in Ohio or multistate (required).
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR certification for health care providers.
- Valid Ohio driver's license.
- At least one or two years of experience in a hospital, nursing home, or developmental disabilities facility.
- Experience with people with intellectual and developmental disabilities preferred.
- Ability to be on-call.
- Competitive Pay – $24.52 – $36.79 + shift differential.
