Key Responsibilities Perform quality inspections of products at each stage in the production process
Follow control plans for the jobs that are in production
Perform visual and dimensional tests of parts to ensure product meets customer specifications
Document and communicate results to appropriate production leaders
Keep organized all required tools, labels, work instructions
Train and coach operators on how to appropriately verify quality of parts across a wide variety of parts in production
Job Requirements Experience performing visual quality checks according to written specifications
Experience using a caliper and other basic measuring tools to perform quality inspections
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and product drawings
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Outlook) required
High attention to detail
Ability to communicate effectively in a face-paced team environment
Some lifting (~35 lbs), bending, twisting may be required
Ability to be on your feet for a large portion of the day.
High school diploma or equivalent highly preferred.
Injection molding experience preferred but not required.
You should be proficient in:
Quality Inspection Experience Quality Control Experience Advanced Inspection & Gauge Measurement Blueprint Reading Machines & technologies you'll use:
Calipers and Micrometers
