We’re seeking a motivated and bilingual Inside Sales Representative to join our fast-growing team. If you’re energized by building relationships, managing accounts, and uncovering new revenue opportunities, this role is an excellent fit. You’ll support our Sales Manager while working alongside a collaborative and driven sales team. Must be fluent in English and Vietnamese.

Responsibilities

• Manage and follow up with a large pipeline of leads using our CRM
• Build, strengthen, and maintain relationships with both new and existing customers
• Independently manage your account portfolio and drive consistent sales growth
• Collaborate with the sales team to expand into new markets and diversify our customer base
• Provide top‑tier customer service and account support
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain accurate CRM notes, activity logs, and customer records

Qualifications

• Fluent in Vietnamese and English (required)
• Previous experience in sales, account management, or customer service preferred
• $16.00/hr base pay (40 hours per week)
• 3% commission on all sales from new and existing accounts you manage
