Counter Sales-Contractor Supplies

Wolff Bros. Supply, Inc. is one of the largest independent Plumbing, Electrical and HVAC distributors in America. We are looking for a Counter Salesperson to add to our growing team at our Cleveland location.

Monday-Friday, 7 AM-5:00 PM, No weekends.

$18.00+ plus quarterly bonuses: accuracy, safety & performance.

• Must have Counter sales experience.
• HVAC knowledge.
• Previous industry/installation experience.
• Team player is a must.

• Sells items to customers and handles returns and credits.
• Must be versed or willing to learn all three departments: HVAC, Electrical and Plumbing.
• Assists customers who are unsure of desired items in making correct selection.
• Displays or demonstrates products using items, our catalog or literature.
• Warehouse duties including pulling orders, keeping shelves clean.
• Excellent communication skills; communicates with customers on account status.
• Researches items or delivery dates by contacting reps or consulting catalogs or other product literature to meet customer requirements.
• Develops pricing quotes and picks or expedites orders as needed.
• Handles in-person or phoned customer transactions at the sales counter.
• Some janitorial duties.
