We are looking for an energized Outside Sales Representative for our fast‑growing home‑improvement team. You’ll receive a $5,000 training salary, unlimited earning potential, and warm, pre‑qualified leads each day. No cold calling.

• Conduct in‑home sales presentations, building trust and educating customers
• Identify customer needs/wants and utilize UWD’s proven sales presentation
• Negotiate and close the sale
• Maintain a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Learn UWD’s product line via in‑person and virtual training sessions
• Build relationships quickly with customers
• Experience in sales, commission‑based sales, lead generation, home‑improvement industry, teaching/public speaking, bartending/waitressing, or other customer service–focused roles (preferred)
• A flexible work schedule and ability to adapt to business needs
• Desire to make money, belief in yourself, and pay strictly based on results
• Ability to lift 40 lbs (sample windows)
