Jay Honda is looking for people to become experts on the Honda lineup and help customers find the right vehicle. In this sales based role, you'll guide customers through the product, test drives, and purchase. Unlike most dealership sales jobs, you earn a guaranteed $20/hour plus commission on every car you sell, so you're paid while you learn and rewarded for every deal.
Whether you're new to the workforce or switching careers, we'll train you for success with a paid, structured 1-year program.

What You'll Do:
- Learn the Honda lineup inside and out
- Greet showroom customers and help them find the right vehicle
- Conduct product walkarounds and test drives
- Guide customers through the sale from first conversation to delivery
- Follow up with customers and build lasting relationships
What You Bring:
- Professional attitude and strong communication skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
