Schedule:
Weekend Only

• Saturday and Sunday OR
• Thursday evening, Friday evening, Saturday, Sunday

Pay: $60,000 - $100,000+ Earning Potential (Hourly + Uncapped Commission)

What You’ll Be Doing:

We're looking for an experienced
Residential HVAC Service Technician
who is confident, sharp with customers, and takes pride in quality work.

• Troubleshoot & Repair:Expertly diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems (forced air, A/C, heat pumps, boilers, etc.) with a clean, efficient approach.
• Maintenance:Perform thorough preventative maintenance and seasonal tune-ups.
• Customer Consultation:Communicate clearly and honestly with homeowners about system issues, providing repair options and recommending upgrades or replacements when appropriate.
• Installation:Assist with or perform system installations as needed (a plus if you are strong in this area).
• Sales Support:Identify opportunities to upsell services, accessories, and system enhancements that improve comfort and efficiency, while building trust and long-term customer relationships.

What You'll Bring:

• Minimum 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience
• Strong mechanical skills
  and proven ability in diagnostics and repair.
• Solid communication and customer-facing skills
  —you know how to build relationships with homeowners.

  EPA Certification
  (NATE is a definite plus!)
• A clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
