- Proven experience in roofing, siding installation, carpentry, or related construction fields.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools relevant to roofing, siding, and carpentry work.
- Strong understanding of trim carpentry and construction techniques is preferred.
- Ability to read schematics and blueprints accurately.
- Knowledge of remodeling and construction processes is a plus.
- Must be able to plumb structures correctly to ensure proper alignment during installations.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work.
