Unleashed Brands is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Franchise Business Coach to support established franchisees in the Southwest Region. The role involves partnering with franchisees who have been operating for two years or more, guiding them from stable operations to strong performance by sharpening operations, improving profitability, and strengthening leadership effectiveness.

• Demonstrate consistent impact on systemwide metrics such as same-store sales growth, unit profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accountability to personal and franchisee KPIs aligned to compensation goals.
• Exhibit a “coach-owner” mindset and treat each franchisee’s business as your own.
• Embrace data-driven decision-making, follow up relentlessly, and deliver tangible improvements across your portfolio.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience: 2‑5 years in a business environment, customer service, or multi‑unit management, with proven results in revenue growth, profitability, and customer experience. Experience with P&L statements and data analysis is required.
