Position: Franchise Business Coach

Location: Bedford, TX

• In this role, assist with overall operational support of franchised locations and develop a trusting, collaborative relationship with franchisees to achieve shared goals.
• Analyze all aspects of the business in partnership with the franchisee and implement a business plan to grow revenue and maximize profitability.
• Live within the defined market they support and work to maximize franchise performance.
• Provide centralized support and serve as a liaison for all The Little Gym International’s departments.
• Facilitate and support peer performance groups and advise on common issues regarding systems, procedures, vendors, etc.
• Conduct in-depth business visits to client gym locations and manage tickets with the ticketing software to resolve new issues efficiently.

• Bachelor’s Degree in business-related studies
• 1 to 3 years of consulting or similar experience
• Experience fostering sound relationships while supporting, influencing, and motivating others
• Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
• Experience in consulting and/or working with franchisees is preferred
• Ability to influence others, problem-solve, multi-task, and manage time effectively under pressure
