Join Benevolent Hearts Home Care as a Team Lead, where you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients. We seek a compassionate leader excited to guide our dedicated team in providing exceptional care in Bedford, TX. You will be guaranteed 35 hours of work per week.

• Perform a caregiver's duties as assigned, assist with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and mobility support.
• Conduct caregiver training in a mentor role for employees needing additional or specific client training.
• Assist with delivering supplies and documentation as needed to the field staff.
• Notify the Care Manager of any necessary updates in the individualized service plan; or resolve issues as necessary.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Promote a positive and supportive environment for both clients and staff.

• Current certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Texas.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare or home care setting.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to inspire a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of patient care protocols and safety procedures.
• Compassionate demeanor with a genuine desire to help others.
• Ability to work from 7 am to 8 pm; rotating weekend on-call.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
