The Franchise Launch Coach will be responsible for guiding new franchisees through the process of opening and launching their new locations. This role requires someone who can manage multiple projects, work closely with franchisees, and ensure that each location is successfully set up to operate according to company standards.

• Project Management:
  Oversee the timeline and execution of opening a new franchise, ensuring that each step, from construction to grand opening, is on track.
• Training and Support:
  Provide virtual and potentially on-site training for new franchisees and their staff, ensuring they are fully prepared to operate their locations according to company guidelines and standards.
• Compliance and Brand Standards:
  Ensure new locations meet all company operational, branding, and legal standards before opening.
• Marketing Support:
  Assist with local marketing campaigns and grand opening events to maximize visibility and drive customer traffic.
• Ongoing Support:
  Provide continued support to franchisees during the early stages of their operations to ensure smooth and efficient management of the new location.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field (preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in franchise operations, project management, or a similar role.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with franchisees and vendors.
• Knowledge of franchise systems, operations, and legal requirements is a plus.
• Ability to travel as needed to support franchise launches across various locations.
