Position Overview
This is a hybrid leadership role combining strategic oversight of Finance and HR functions with Chief of Staff responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the IT industry, be adept at leveraging technology to streamline operations and possess excellent organizational and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities Finance & Accounting Operations- Oversee day‑to‑day financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and internal financial policies.
- Manage vendor payments, invoicing, and receivables.
- Collaborate with external auditors and tax consultants.
- Implement and optimize financial systems and tools.
- Lead HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies.
- Drive HR automation and digital transformation initiatives.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR analytics dashboards.
- Provide strategic and operational support to the CEO, including planning, prioritization, and execution of key initiatives.
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and communication on behalf of the CEO.
- Facilitate cross‑functional collaboration and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in Finance and HR roles, preferably in the IT or consulting industry.
- Proven experience supporting C‑level executives.
- Strong proficiency in financial and HR software (e.g., Zoho, Quick Books, SAP, Bamboo
HR). - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
- Tech‑savvy with a passion for process improvement and automation.
