They ensure effective training delivery, promote career development, and maintain strong partnerships across departments. Focused on performance improvement and compliance, the team supports associates’ growth by providing coaching, mentoring, and resources.

- Lead execution of business plans by identifying needs, setting priorities, and removing obstacles to optimize performance.
- Supervise and develop associates through training, mentoring, performance evaluations, and coaching for continuous improvement.
- Ensure effective delivery of Academy programs by managing scheduling, materials preparation, facilitator readiness, and program reporting.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate and enhance training content, delivery methods, and associate readiness for career advancement.
- Build strong partnerships with facility managers and regional teams to align training goals and address operational concerns.
- Promote compliance with company policies, ethics, and operational standards while supporting a positive learning environment.
- Proven experience in operations management and performance appraisal within a learning environment.
- Strong skills in adult education and career development to support associate growth and readiness.
- Ability to develop, communicate, and execute business plans aligned with organizational goals.
- Expertise in mentoring, coaching, and building high-performing teams through effective supervision.
- Proficiency in evaluating program effectiveness and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to collaborate with cross-functional partners.
- Commitment to upholding company policies, ethics, and compliance standards consistently.
- Adaptability to manage multiple priorities and support change initiatives effectively.
