Morgan Properties is hiring a Service Technician for our 265-unit community. You will handle day-to-day maintenance across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliances, and respond to service tickets to keep the property in top shape.
We offer competitive pay at $24.00–$26.00 per hour, plus up to 50% rent discount, a quarterly stipend, on-call pay, comprehensive medical/dental/vision coverage, a 401(k) with company match, and generous holidays and PTO.
