• Contract: Temporary to Permanent
• Hours: Full Time, 37 hours per week
• Salary: £26,997 - £27,540 per annum

An established and highly regarded organisation is seeking a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join its Finance team on a temporary-to-permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Accounts Payable professional to join a busy finance function and play a key role in supporting the efficient processing of supplier payments and financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices accurately and efficiently
• Manage and respond to accounts payable mailbox enquiries
• Match invoices to purchase orders and investigate discrepancies
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve outstanding issues
• Assist with weekly and monthly payment runs
• Monitor invoices awaiting approval and liaise with budget holders
• Process employee expense claims
• Support the processing of foreign supplier payments
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
• Provide excellent service to suppliers and internal stakeholders
