The Role

• As part of an established Accounts Payable team, you will be responsible for managing supplier invoices, payment processing and expense claims, ensuring all transactions are processed accurately and within agreed timescales.
• Key responsibilities will include:
• Processing and matching supplier invoices to purchase orders
• Managing and responding to Accounts Payable mailbox queries
• Reconciling supplier statements and resolving payment discrepancies
• Scanning, capturing and maintaining invoice records within the finance system
• Monitoring outstanding invoices and workflow approvals
• Assisting with weekly and monthly BACS payment runs
• Processing staff and student expense claims
• Supporting foreign supplier payments and payment administration
