We are looking for a Marketing Administrator to join us in our mission of delivering quality outdoor products such as log cabins, garden offices, sheds and gazebos designed with care, built to last, and made to make our customers smile!

The Role:

This job is based out of our Bedford HQ – MK41 0LF
and supports the marketing team by coordinating campaigns, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth delivery of marketing activities.

Role Overview :
  • Provide administrative support to the Marketing team, ensuring tasks and processes are completed accurately and on time.
  • Support product administration tasks, such as updating product information, checking accuracy, and coordinating required changes.
  • Assist with gathering and preparing information for marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
  • Coordinate internal communication between Marketing and other departments to support smooth project delivery.
  • Help with proofreading and checking content for accuracy and consistency.
  • Support basic reporting tasks, including the collection and organisation of data for performance summaries.
  • Carrying out marketing analysis, research and price comparisons.
  • Carrying out consumer behaviour analysis to predict consumer preferences,
Requirements:
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Understanding of marketing principles
  • Basic understanding of digital platforms
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Data analysis and interpretation
  • Critical thinking and problem solving
