We are looking for an experienced receptionist to support a business centre environment, handling face‑to‑face, email and phone interactions with centre clients. The role is full‑time, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 5 pm with free parking on site.
Key Responsibilities- General office administration.
- Raising invoices and purchase orders (full training on company software provided).
- Chasing arrears from clients and banking of cheques.
- Maintaining the room booking diary and car parking details.
- Using Excel and Microsoft Office for correspondence and spreadsheets.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a receptionist or customer‑facing role.
- Friendly, professional appearance with excellent telephone manner.
- Flexible attitude and ability to work independently.
- Good organisational and administrative skills.
- A clean driving licence and a full CV are required.
- Ongoing training and support for professional development.
- Annual bonus payment based on business performance.
Milton Keynes, Hertfordshire (site‑based). The role may be advertised in other nearby areas.
