If you’re the kind of person who loves a "bit of everything" and enjoys helping out wherever needed, you’ll fit right in. Your day could range from managing diaries and social media accounts to greeting clients, answering phones, and keeping the office stocked and running smoothly.
We are looking for someone with at least a year of experience in a similar office environment who feels confident managing their own time and staying on top of a busy workload. The ideal candidate will be a natural multitasker with a "can-do" attitude, someone who is just as comfortable handling digital tasks like social media as they are chatting with clients in person.
Please note:
Because of the office's lovely rural location, you’ll need to be a driver with your own car and a valid license.

Key Responsibilities:
* Greet clients, answer and transfer phone calls, and handle customer inquiries.
* Manage diaries and calendars for Senior Management and assist them with general clerical tasks.
* Help Surveyors and Estimators with tender inquiries and create O&M Manuals and presentation folders for clients.
* Monitor Health & Safety, organise fire drills, and conduct weekly fire alarm checks.
* Keep track of and order stationery, groceries, and toiletries.
* Manage daily mail, archive files, and ensure all work vehicles are taxed and documented.
* Update company social media and book/organize company events.
* Maintain organised employee files and company archives.
The successful candidate will have:
* At least 1 years’ experience within a similar role
* Excellent time keeping and organisational skills
* Confident and polite telephone manner
* Good IT Skills including all Microsoft applications and social media platforms
* Great attention to detail
* Driving licence and access to own transport
