We have an exciting opportunity for a Team Assistant - Family based in Bedford for one of our clients on a Full time Permanent basis.

Summary of the Team Assistant - Family role

Salary: £24,000-£27,000
Location: Bedford
Type of Contract: Permanent
Hours: Monday Friday 9am-5.30pm

Responsibilities of the Team Assistant - Family

• Dealing with administrative tasks of opening/closing files
• Scanning and allocating post
• Communicating with lawyers
• Managing electronic documents ensuring documents are organised
• Managing document release requests
• Diary and inbox management
• Financial tasks

Requirements for a successful Team Assistant - Family

• Attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of a law setting
• Administration skills
