We’re supporting a well‑established organisation in their search for an Administration Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys variety in their day. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to grow their administrative career, gain hands‑on experience, and become an integral part of a friendly, supportive team.
What you’ll be doing
No two days will look the same, but your responsibilities will include:
Being a welcoming point of contact for customers, clients, and suppliers via phone and email
Keeping office systems running smoothly. Filing, updating databases, and maintaining accurate records
Assisting with organising materials and equipment for ongoing projects
Supporting staff training activities
Helping with fleet administration
Pitching in on ad hoc projects when needed
Ordering office essentials, from stationery to printer supplies to staff uniforms
What you’ll bring
We’re looking for someone who is:
Organised with an eye for details, prior office admin experience is desirable
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel)
Friendly & personable
Comfortable working independently but also happy collaborating with the wider team
Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn
