Job SummaryWe are urgently seeking a Roster Clerk to join our Bedford-based team on an initial 3-month contract. This is a time-critical role requiring an immediate start. This is a full-time, office-based position (35 hours per week), with the requirement to travel to a meeting once every two weeks.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain accurate and compliant staff rosters
- Ensure all scheduling aligns with operational and compliance requirements
- Support administrative functions within a compliance-driven environment
- Monitor processes and challenge poor practice where necessary
- Work collaboratively with operational teams to meet deadlines
- Proven experience in an administrative role within a compliance-focused environment
- Strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
- The ability to work effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Confidence, resilience, and a collaborative approach
- Operational awareness with the ability to question and improve processes
- Openness to oversight, assurance, and ongoing development
- Strong computer literacy and adherence to systems and processes
