Senior Client Services Administrator with Financial Services Industry Experience
An excellent opportunity for an experienced client services, financial services, wealth management, IFA administration or financial planning support professional to join a growing Client Services team, providing accurate client administration, adviser support, client records management, correspondence and high-quality support to financial planners and clients.

SALARY: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum + Benefits

This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with Financial Services Industry Experience, to develop your client service and administration career within a professional financial services environment.
Working as the Senior Client Services Administrator, you will collaborate with financial planners and colleagues to provide administration support for new and existing client business.
The Senior Client Services Administrator will help ensure clients receive a positive experience, with accurate records, clear communication and timely support throughout the client journey.
As the Senior Client Services Administrator, you will also support the Client Services Manager with additional duties, including helping junior colleagues, contributing to process improvements and supporting high standards across the team.
DUTIESYour duties as the Senior Client Services Administrator include:
- Client Relationships:
Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding client needs and providing appropriate administration support - Client Queries:
Handle client queries, resolve issues and escalates complex matters where appropriate - Meeting Organisation:
Organise client meetings for financial planners - Client Correspondence:
Write templated letters to clients following advice, written instructions from client meetings or ad-hoc requests - Record Management:
Create and maintain accurate client records on Intelliflo in line with company procedures and policies - Provider Liaison:
Liaise with product providers and other third parties where appropriate - Team
Collaboration:
Collaborate with internal teams to support client satisfaction and take part in team meetings - Junior Team Support:
Train, support, mentor or oversee junior team members where required - Process Improvement:
Contribute to project work, trial new software, processes or ways of working, and help improve internal processes and client service standards - Idea Generation:
Proactively identify client needs and growth opportunities
- Previous experience in a similar role within financial services is essential
- Ideally educated to at least A Level or equivalent standard, including Maths and English GCSE grade B or Grade 5 or above
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience using Intelliflo preferred
- Able to work within a defined business process
- Able to achieve agreed outcomes without supervision
- Able to work independently or as part of a team
- Detailed, accurate and well organised
- Strong organisational, prioritisation and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
