Receptionist – Bedford
Location:
Bedford
Pay Rate: £15.50 - 16.50 per hour
Hours:
07:30 – 17:00
Days:
Monday – Friday
Duration: 3–6 years
We are currently looking for an experienced Receptionist to join a busy team in Bedford on a long-term basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a reliable and professional receptionist looking for stable, long-term work.
Duties:
* Welcoming visitors and managing reception
* Answering and directing telephone calls
* Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence
* Signing visitors in and out
* Supporting general administration duties
* Maintaining a professional and organised reception area
* Assisting the wider site/team with day-to-day administrative tasks
Requirements:
* Previous reception or administration experience preffered
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Professional and presentable manner
* Good organisational skills
* Reliable and punctual
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
