Registered Manager – Children’s Home (CSE)
Bedford
Up to £52,000
If you’re a Registered Manager who wants to build something properly, this is one worth considering.
We’re working with a growing, values-led provider in Bedfordshire to manage a 6-bed children’s home supporting young people with CSE. This is a genuine opportunity to create a safe, nurturing and stable environment where children can thrive, with the autonomy to shape the home.
The Role
You will take full ownership of the home. You will be responsible for building your team, setting standards and creating a positive, therapeutic culture.
You will:
* Register with Ofsted and work towards achieving a Good or Outstanding rating
* Recruit, lead and develop a high-performing staff team
* Create a safe, structured and nurturing environment for young people with EBD
* Ensure full compliance with Children’s Homes Regulations and Quality Standards
* Work closely with senior leadership on future growth plans
Why This Role Stands Out
This is not just another Registered Manager position. As the business grows, there is a clear pathway into a more senior role, with the opportunity to progress into an operational or regional position.
With that progression comes the potential for equity in the business, offering a genuine long-term opportunity to be part of something bigger.
You will be given the autonomy to run your home properly, alongside the support of a leadership team who value quality care and strong leadership. Package
* Salary up to £52,000 - open to negotiation
* Exceptional bonus structure
* Long-term equity opportunity linked to progression
What We’re Looking For
* Experience as a Registered Manager within children’s residential care, or a strong Deputy Manager ready to step up
* Experience working with children with CSE
* Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding
* Proven leadership and team development skills
* A genuine passion for delivering high-quality care and improving outcomes for young people
If you are looking to join a company that values its staff, offers real progression and is committed to providing a safe and nurturing environment for children, this is an opportunity worth exploring.
