Principal build contractor are looking for a site engineer that has a proven track record setting out and managing QA on a £9 million new industrial unit for a 20 week duration. Reporting in to the Project Manager you will primarily be responsible for overseeing all earthworks, setting out of groundworks including concrete pad foundations, holding down bolts and all associated drainage works, you will also be responsible for overseeing the groundworks subcontractor and their labour, completing all associated QA and managing health & safety on site.
CSCS Card and own equipment/kit are mandatory as no application will be considered with them
