A specialist subcontractor is seeking an experienced Freelance Contracts Manager to oversee and manage on-site operations across multiple projects in the United Kingdom. This role involves coordinating installation works, ensuring quality and compliance, and supporting reporting on projects up to £2m. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, confident in managing multiple sites, and knowledgeable about NEC or JCT contracts.
