Track School Refurbishment Project (Bedford)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager for a GBP
2.5m fast:track school refurbishment project in Bedford, with a duration of 5 months.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the day:to:day management of site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Previous experience managing fast:track refurbishment projects, particularly within the education sector, is highly desirable.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Site Manager / Senior Site Manager on refurbishment projects
Experience delivering fast:track projects valued +
Valid SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certificates
Strong health and safety knowledge
Ability to manage subcontractors and maintain programme targets
Excellent communication and organisational skills
