This is an opportunity to work on high-value construction projects ranging from £5m to £60m+, delivering schemes across industrial, logistics and commercial sectors as part of a collaborative and forward-thinking business.
The Role
Lead the commercial management of construction projects from procurement through to final account.
Manage subcontract procurement, valuations and payments.
Prepare client valuations, variations and cost reports.
Identify and manage commercial risks.
Work closely with project teams to maximise profitability and project performance.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
What We're Looking For
Experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor within a main contractor environment.
Proven ability to manage projects independently.
Strong knowledge of NEC contracts.
Experience delivering industrial, commercial, logistics or large-scale construction projects.
Excellent commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline is desirable.
