Intersect Global Limited is seeking an experienced Managing Quantity Surveyor to lead the commercial delivery of a major earthworks, highways and infrastructure package in London. You will manage a team of Quantity Surveyors and drive commercial performance on a long‑term programme.
Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will ensure contract compliance under JCT terms, provide cost reporting, risk management and stakeholder liaison with private developers and the client.
