Sixty Talent Management are recruiting on behalf of a prestigious client for an experienced Pre-Construction Manager to join their growing team in Bedford. The Opportunity This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Estimator or Pre-Construction professional looking to take the next step in their career. You will play a key role in pricing and securing commercial construction projects, working across estimating, tenders, take-offs, subcontractor pricing and early project planning.

What We're Looking For Proven experience in commercial construction estimating Experience managing the full tender process Strong understanding of drawings, take-offs, labour and materials Experience obtaining subcontractor and supplier quotations Good communication and attention to detail HNC/HND in Construction or equivalent CSCS card What's on Offer Salary up to £50,000 , depending on experience Company vehicle Private healthcare Pension Life assurance 3 x annual salary
