Randstad CPE is recruiting an experienced Asbestos Surveyor to deliver a housing survey programme for a local council. The role focuses on Full Management surveys alongside targeted refurbishment surveys in domestic social housing stock.
Requirements include BOHS P402 (or RSPH equivalent), a proven track record in domestic asbestos surveys, and a valid driving license for travel between sites. A company van, MHFA support, pension, and other benefits are provided.
