Claims Settlement Advisor

We're recruiting Claims Settlement Advisors to join our team, based at our office in Bedford, MK44 3JZ
. We manage total loss motor claims and provide a best-in-class customer service experience.

• Consistently improving upon and delivering a Customer Experience to the highest standards to both our internal and external customers.
• Meeting the required quality standards to ensure operational excellence.
• Ensuring that all parts of the claim's settlement process are carried out accurately and in a timely manner.
• Build rapport with internal and external customers and take ownership for the customer journey.
• Ensure a strong and consistent level of productivity is achieved.
• Promote good teamwork and performance by supporting other team members when required.
• Sharing new ideas to improve our service and demonstrating a positive demeanour at all times.
• Other duties as requested by line manager.

• Previous experience of working within motor claim management.
• Working in a Call Centre environment.
• Examples of continuous learning and personal development.
• Basic knowledge of motor vehicles.

Salary: £28,976 per annum.
