About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join a busy customer service team within a large, well-established organisation. You'll support customers with booking and appointment queries while helping the team manage a high volume of enquiries.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email.
Handle calls regarding outstanding appointments and bookings.
Resolve queries efficiently and professionally.
Complete associated administrative tasks accurately.
Work across multiple systems while managing a busy workload.

About You

Previous customer service experience.
Strong administration and IT skills.
Excellent communication and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
