Retail Associate/ Customer Service, Customer Service Rep
Guest Services Assistant - Woburn Forest | £13.20 per hour
From check‑in to check‑out, you'll help guests settle in, answer their questions and make sure everything runs smoothly. It's about great service, quick solutions and being the person people turn to.
What you'll be doing- Checking guests in and welcoming them to the village
- Answering questions by phone and in person
- Logging maintenance issues and helping with activity bookings
- Free day passes and access to leisure facilities (including the spa)

Full‑time. You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 150 hours over a 4‑week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements. You will be required to be fully flexible across 7 days, including weekends.
About you- Friendly, confident and clear when communicating
- Comfortable with booking systems (or happy to learn)
- Calm under pressure and quick to solve problems
